His exposure to all facets of project delivery provides a deep understanding of the development process, and a clear appreciation of how early decisions influence downstream outcomes.
Tim focuses on practical, well-considered delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining quality and long-term value.
Tim is a Licensed Building Practitioner and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
Hugh Blake
Hugh has several years of experience delivering development projects for both private clients and his own ventures.
His work spans a broad range of project types, from high-end architectural homes through to community and mobility-focused housing. This breadth of experience allows Hugh to balance strong design outcomes with practical delivery.
With a solid understanding of both design and construction, and well-established stakeholder relationships, Hugh focuses on ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver positive outcomes for everyone involved.
Hugh also has a Bachelor of Applied Management degree.

Georgia has a strong passion for interior design and marketing, with experience spanning a range of industries including textiles, commercial fit-outs, and residential development.
